SIC CONSULTING, INC. has been serving the Information Technology (IT) infrastructure needs of small and medium size businesses in the San Francisco Bay Area since 1997. Having not only survived; SIC has in fact grown and thrived during economic downturns over the last decade. This includes the “dot com bomb” of the late 90’s and the aftermath of 9/11. SIC today continues to grow and serve the needs of its clients. 1994 - GermanySIC stands for "Society for Integrated Consulting" and was established in Germany by a group of engineers in 1994 - www.sicconsulting.de. The goal when forming the company was to provide integrated solutions for businesses, and aim service at the small to medium size companies. These businesses were frequently "missing out" on modern solutions due to the high expense of larger consulting agencies, and also due to the rapidly changing high-tech industry, which only those experienced in the field can manage. SIC-Germany specialized in providing solutions ranging from Quality Management (ISO 9000) and Environmental Management to Business Management using modern technologies. Our assistance and service in these areas were in high demand - the highest demand being in the Information Technology area. 1997 - USASIC was brought to the USA by Oliver Pecora, a Mechanical Engineer by training and native of Frankfurt, Germany. Making a strategic business move, Oliver moved from Germany to California, and formed SIC CONSULTING, INC.
